Destroyed Tustin hangars on fire At Former Marine Corps Air Station

On Tuesday Morning, Tustin in Orange County firefighters have been battling a massive fire at former Marine Crops Air station. The Blaze started inside one of the two wooden hangers on the base. Once the housed blimps used in World War II were located at Valencia Avenue and Armstrong Road. Tustin hangars on fire, The Crew is a Person who responded to the scene around 1 a.m. They found flames bursting through the roof of the wooden building. The Helicopters normally used to battle wildfires were called to the scene to drop water on the fire to help put out the blaze. The base is no longer being utilized so the water for the building has been shut off. They need to extinguish the flames for fire crews to get the water supply.

Thanh Nguyen said that we had to create a relay system for using over 1,000 feet of houses dropped on the ground to get water from hydrants on the street to our trucks on the other side of the building. The U.S. Navy used to patrol the southern California coastline for enemy submarines during World War II. Authorities are asking the public to avoid the area while fire crews continue to monitor the large fire.
